Missing dry layout support

There is a new dry layout contract that is currently unsupported by flutter_math.

@znjameswu I started this on simpleclub-archive@ea14ce7, however, I realized that I am not deep enough into the code in order to figure out how to deal with the baselines.

It might be that we need to introduce a layout mode that does not rely on the baselines for the dry layout pass.
