Task running but no Overlay

I've had this issue for months where I can see LabCompass running in Task Manager and on the taskbar but there is no overlay. I have to kill the process and try again over and over until the overlay shows. I've trying running as administrator, compatibility mode, ensured it's on the same drive as the POE client and nothing works.

That looks good, so it's gotta be something else blocking the overlay, move your lab compass install to documents folder, and close all the windows including poe on your desktop, right click lab compass and run as admin (don't worry, poe doesn't need to be running just to show the overlay) Do you see it anywhere on your screens now?

No luck.. it's running in task manager but no where on any of my screens..

Is Path of Exile running on your primary monitor (Display #0?)
