Broken under 2.7.11 #29
Description
The version of kombu specified in the requirements doesn't work in python >=2.7.11. This manifests itself as Django complaining that it cannot import yolapi.settings.
Celery and its related dependencies all need to be updated in order to resolve this issue (which should only impact local development for some engineers).
