Support 401 callbacks

Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

We're not handling 401 status errors in the API

How would you imagine the implementation of the feature?

We need to be able to register callbacks for 401 status error, to be able to show a message dialog in DCCs.

Are there any labels you wish to add?

• I have added the relevant labels to the enhancement request.
