conflict on trailing commas between .eslintrc and style guide

conflicts with the style guide on trailing commas:
https://github.com/yieldmo/style-guide/tree/master/javascript#commas

We should decide whether trailing commas are yieldmo style, and then update either the style guide or eslintrc
