Non-destructive/additive-only mode #116
Description
It would be nice to have a non-destructive or additive-only mode that wouldn't override path for any module path already defined in the paths of the config file. Though, the same effect may be possible to achieve using one of the various override approaches already discussed or proposed in other issues.
