Tree Plan Ad-in not working on my excel

Please did anyone experience this? I could not Click on "New" and no button under the Tree Plan was functioning, after setting up the Treeplan Ad-in to excel.

Please I need help on this.

The add-in starting working perfectly for me once removed the following files from my XLSTART folder:

1. Book.xlt
2. Sheet.xlt

Of course, this may not be your issue, but I thought I would share as it might help someone.

Hey, i know i kinda late but...

I also got this problem and i solved it like this.

1. Trust settings -> Macro settings -> enable all macros
2. Trust settings -> Trusted locations -> add location with BYtreeplan.xlam to trusted locations
