[Bug] Multiple Visual Studio instances all display the current build

It would be nice if it each plugin only display the last build that occured with that instance of visual studio.

But when dealing with only project it's cool that if you launch a build in command line it appears in visual studio too. But with two projects at the same time it can be cumbersome.

Maybe an option in the plugin to select the build you want to monitor ?
