Upgrading to 3.10.0 leads to deleted pages that can't be removed from the trash bin

When upgrading to 3.10, some pages are deleted, but can't be removed from the trash bin

Steps to reproduce

1. Install 3.9.3
2. Upgrade to 3.10

Expected behavior
Pages that are deleted during the process can be removed from the trash bin

Actual behavior
Not possible - delete all button does not work
