As you can see on Gimp Mirrorbits page, download numbers from Asia region is quite high due less number of mirrors. Gimp community would greatly benefit from a Gimp mirror at your Hong Kong location.
I know that you're only looking to add projects in Germany and Estonia location but I'm hoping as size requirement is only ~51 GB, you could make an exception here :)
