disappearing downloaded episodes

I have downloaded some episodes that were in the list i guess the RSS feed is a maximum of 100. Anyways, I downloaded the earliest 2 in the feed so when i updated it wouldn't disappear. Both episodes had a [D] on them. I refreshed the feed to pull in the new podcasts and when the feed refreshed the 2 downloaded episodes were not on the list and not in the downloaded section via #4 view. I checked and the mp3s are in the Downloaded folder still but they don't list in the app. Is there something I need to do to keep them in the list somehow like in a config?

I meant to say that the feed when i refreshed it only showed 98 of the 100 as well
