Add `agent-shell-github-default-model-id`

I see that there are variables agent-shell-mistral-default-model-id, agent-shell-opencode-default-model-id, etc., but the one for GitHub Copilot (should be agent-shell-github-default-model-id) is missing.

Thanks for this great package. I played a bit with it yesterday, and my current impression is that I really like it.

Ah yes. Basically, no one had asked for the Copilot counterparts until now ;) Not all agents support all ACP requests/features (and it's hard, and expensive, for me to keep up with all agents). I tend to wait for user requests for agent-specific things.

I checked Copilot CLI and it support setting these two values over ACP, so I added agent-shell-github-default-model-id and agent-shell-github-default-session-mode-id in f48070d. You'll need to update to use them.
