Add tramp support

If you open agent-shell in a remote project (accessed via tramp), it seems to run the agent (EG opencode, goose etc) on the local machine. The agent therefore can't see any of the files in the project. Ideally the agent would be run on the remote machine in the working directory of the project.

I don't know much about it, but for example eglot will run the appropriate lsp server on the remote machine for you, so it all works seamlessly. Perhaps agent-shell could do the same thing?

Thanks for filing a feature request. Tramp support would be nice, though can't say I use it very frequently. Would you be interested in contributing a PR?

Somewhat relatedly, folks have contributed dev container support in case that eases your use-case to some extent?

interested in this as well - based on the dev container support section, it seems that we need to

• run the agent in the remote machine via tramp
• patch agent-shell--resolve-path to allow the agent to trun tramp files into the local filename on the remote machine?

You all expressed interest in agent-shell TRAMP support. @csheaff put together #205 (thank you!). I'm not a TRAMP user in this context, mind taking @csheaff's PR for a spin?

I tested the patch of #205, it seems the agent process (for my case it's opencode acp) is still started on local instead of remote server.

Tested PR #205 with the corresponding acp.el PR #9 - works for me with Claude Code over SSH.

Key setup:

• Checked out pr-205 branch of agent-shell
• Checked out pr-9-tramp branch of acp.el
• Opened a TRAMP directory (/ssh:host:/path/)
• Started agent-shell - it runs on the remote host correctly

Path resolution works bidirectionally (agent returns /home/user/file.py, Emacs opens /ssh:host:/home/user/file.py). Transcripts save locally as expected.

@sunng87 - did you have the acp.el PR #9 as well?
