Is the feature you are request related to a problem? Please describe it in detail:
Cold staking delegation addresses look exactly like regular x42 addresses.
Describe the solution you would like:
We already have SIDs and PIDs, why not go the extra mile and have a fully implemented DID system for cold staking? So users wouldn't be able to transact regularly to such addreses.
DIDs shouldn't be recognized as valid addresses by the regular send function, only by delegate balance functions.
