how to convert embed file

I was wondering if you could help me with something—I’m trying to figure out how to convert the embed_datasetA file into data/diffusion_data/datasetA_IGFBP3_x_z.csv. If you have a moment, I’d really appreciate your guidance. Thanks so much in advance!
