With iTunes 12 I can't see a status message in the status windows saying sync complete. So waitforsync doesn't work anymore and you wait forever. Is there are workaround to check for a complete sync process?

I don't have a functional Mac any more so I can't say, but maybe someone else will comment here or submit a PR.
