Description
Loves
- Gorgeous on desktop
- Love the who it's delivered by and the simplicity of the success message
- Simple clean, not super wordy. Superb
[update]
- I love the total appended to the checkout button
Opportunities
- While I appreciate cutting down on extras for mobile and tablet, I dont like how I can't see the totals in mobile and tablet. My math and memory is not great and so while I saw the subtotal in the cart, I'm not going to remember and think through shipping and taxes. I'd be uncomfortable placing an order without seeing the entire total
- Not a huge deal but the placeholder for the expiration date only has the month and is missing the year i.e. it's MM instead of MM / YY
- Not sure if this is a you thing or us, but different JS libraries will automatically add the spaces when entering your credit card and will put in the / when you enter your expiration date. It's a nice little UI feature to make it easier to put your details in.
- Might be nice to offer the purchaser a chance to create an account in checkout or on the success page, but not necessary
- Success Mobile: I think the padding is a little too much on the address so the street line breaks to several lines. https://cloudup.com/csNwBQOalK7
[update]
- I don't see any design for coupon codes. This comes out of the box with WPEC and so somewhere in the checkout process users need to be able to enter a coupon code.
- I think the total appended to the checkout button is worth keeping on tablet and mobile
Clarification
- I'm assuming the billing details would look visually the same as shipping if they were different addresses, but I'd like to confirm.
