Describe the bug
Bracers of the Midnight Comet Expertise In wowsims, the 522 ilvl version reforges 343 expertise into Mastery. When upgraded in game to 528 in wowsims, the expertise reforge value changes to 362 expertise into mastery. However, in game, the 528 version is only reforging 343, not the 362 like the wowsims

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to wrist, select bracers of midnight comet expertise,
2. Click on upgrades, ensure 528 (+6) is selected
3. Click Reforging, you will see 362 is the stat
4. Error is that in game the 528 reforge only gives 343

Expected behavior
In game item is 343 for the reforge value, not 362, wowsims should match the ingame values

after submitting, my stats were still off a bit compared to in game, and further evaluation of reforge values on upgraded gear, all of the upgraded gear values in wow sims is higher that what in game allows you to reforge to. other examples include the equipped necklace above, wow sims says 255 in game is 241, Belt is 225 in wowsims, 208 in game. pants, 520 in wowsims, 490 in game, ring 1, 208 in wowsims, 196 in game, and finally trinket, 700 in wow sims, 662 in game.
