NPC Roundup - Lowrys #9
Description
The Lowrys are the local troublemaker family, involved in drug running and probably the closest Devilfish has to organized crime. Their status as a big fish in a small pond is changing, of course, with the surge of villains in the area.
Ideally we could use six or so family members, all or almost all unpowered. I was imagining similar vibes to the fellas from season two of the Fargo tv show, but a bit more small-time than them, obvs.
