KafkaExecutor, unhandled messages

KafkaExecutor suffers from an open issue in the current Alpakka-Kafka release. Revoking partitions causes offsets to be skipped.

This is the same bug we've been talking about right?

I think I'll merge #11 anyway as we can live with it for now and the students will need a stable version.

Having it as an open issue helps though so we can check back!

Aye. Actually though, the Alpakka-Kafka released a new version literally yesterday, which should contain the bug fix we need. I'll test it now.

Actually, not right now. The version is not final and additionally contains breaking changes:

If we can live with it, it'll probably be worth waiting until something more stable is ready.

Cool thanks! I've merged the changes to keep us going. We can keep an eye out for the stable fix.
