L2X, which is assigned to an interface but not named correctly, should throw an error #88
Description
Matthias tried to deploy a line, where the L2X had not the required WAN: tag.
This lead to a configuration, where no one complained, that there was an L2X assigned to an interface, which was not found in the list of L2X.
We should catch this and throw an error.
