Upload only changed file only

Hello, Is there any possbility not repeating the unchanged file just upload changed file. How we do it i didn't found anything in the documentation

SFTP alone cannot compare files, and trying to use rsync to pre-filter changes by first downloading a complete remote snapshot generally does not improve efficiency. Instead, it might add extra network and time overhead, particularly on the initial run. This is why the SFTP-Deploy-Action, as implemented, does not support true differential uploading based on file changes.
