Get Wisp listed on Bisq

Wisp should be listed on Bisq. Bisq is written in Java. For further info, see above article. It should be possible for users to make a stealth transaction when selling WISP, i.e. sending from private balance -> public balance. According to a core member of Bisq in their Slack, knowing the public receiver address and the ingoing stealth transaction ID should be enough for an arbitrator to decide that the transaction has happened.
