`wise download-rules` needs 11 minutes to download rules from @blocktrades account

The problem

If there is a lot of transactions made by an account, it takes really really long to for example download current rules

I did:

time wise download-rules -a blocktrades blocktrades.yml

I expected to see:

A result of this action much faster :)

Instead, I saw:
