스팸필터 단어도 치환 목록으로 불러올 수 있었으면 좋겠습니다. #4

스팸필터에 단어를 등록해도 정상적으로 걸러내지 못하는 경우도 있는 것 같습니다.
그래서 해당 단어들도 치환이 가능했으면 합니다.
'스팸'이라는 단어를 스팸필터 단어로 등록했을 경우
글을 게시하면
'스팸메일'이라는 내용을 등록하면 '**메일'이라던가,
^^;
