authenticating on behalf of someone ?

so i`m building this simple app for in-house use where someone logs in using google log-in.
Next he/she should see pageviews/browserlists/etc from the views he has access to.

is there any way to do this using this package ?

its my first time developing such an app, using OAuth and Googles API. if there`s another way of tackling this, feel free to share a link or two :)
