hellabot should not consume RPL_ENDOFMOTD or RPL_WELCOME #69
Description
I have noticed hellabot consumes the RPL_ENDOFMOTD and RPL_WELCOME messages from IRC by returning true in hellabot.go:386. This makes it impossible to hook into those reply codes yourself.
I'll provide a PR with a fix right now (I'm open for discussion about this topic of course :) )
