Add support for minHomeDiskFree and minDiskFree #35

@brwyatt

Description

@brwyatt

It would be beneficial to be able to adjust the minHomeDiskFree instance option and the minDiskFree folder option, especially for systems with much larger disks (such as EC2 instances with an EFS mount which overflows and always shows 0% free space remaining, even though there is over 8 Exibibytes available).

minHomeDiskFree is under the options node, has an attribute of unit which defaults to "%", and an integer value with default of "1". According to the documentation: Accepted units are "%", "kB", "MB", "GB" and "TB".

minDiskFree is under folder nodes, and has the same attributes and values as minHomeDiskFree.

I may be able to submit a PR for this when I have time to look at it (or get to the point where I'll actually need to change this value, which might be a few months).
