USB packet dump firmware recovery tool

It'd be real helpful to provide a script that can reconstruct the firmware from a USB packet dump, so that other folks can get started on other keyboards the same way I did (see #1).

If I have code snippets laying around that I used for with this I should find them and include them in this repo.
