Description
What
We need to upgrade to ElasticSeach v9 to stay up-to-date; Platform team have done it on their end. This probably is about creating a new pipeline with the upgraded version and amending what needs amending.
Note
Please remember to remove the relevant packages from Dependabot's ignore list once upgraded.

- Has been deployed to production
