slider-element should reindex after childlist update #22
Description
slider-element should recalculate #itemsCount and #items after childlist update
It should either update by itself to be preoperly rerenderd from "outside" OR expose a proper updateItems method.
Right now the slider will not reindex if children are added externally
Tests welcome ;)
