Improve the accept and deny list cookies logic

Description

Currently for checking whether accept/deny cookie option is present on the webpage or not, we are checking whether a button exists whose text matches with the triggerAccept list text. You can propose your approach/ideas below on how we can detect that a webpage has provided an option to accept/reject cookies.
