Memory and CPU monitor in pickup #103
Description
Currently the ECS board shows the memory and the CPU used but is very difficult to create relation with the state of the downloads
When a download is in progress there is log every 5 minutes that shows the cid in progress.
Add the CPU usage and the memory used in the log.
