potential long prompt issue

prompt-wtf branch has two patches in it that are enabled by defining PROMPT_WTFA and/or PROMPT_WTFB to 1. A seems to fix issues with prompt worlds in LP. B involves other code involving prompts that had been removed earlier, but was only added back in because 'also prompt stuff.'

A: almost certainly a legit fix.
B: not yet sure why it was removed, had no specific reason for being added back, talking with both patch authors.

PROMPT_WTFA seemed to be causing a bug, but it actually was just calling attention to another issue. Both of these need to be tested a little better now, but the code in prompt-wtf should probably be considering what's in pre-release

PROMPT_WTFA checks out as a valid fix.

PROMPT_WTFB might be valid, but I have no plans to add back in code on a hunch. If anyone is having an issue with prompt or know a server where I could test this out, please let me know.
