Add GM names to event schedule views

Show the names of each session's GMs in the upcoming games and daily views of the event schedule. Bonus points for the personal schedule.

Benefit:

• Helps to distinguish between multiple tables of the same adventure in the same slot
• Shows who is and isn't already booked at a particular time and may therefore be available to run something else
