Don't consider sessions past if they are still in progress #6
Description
Show sessions that are currently in progress as upcoming sessions in all dashboard, games, and events views.
Currently a session is treated as past as soon as the slot starts.
- Consider listing in-progress sessions as such (rather than upcoming or past)
- Consider allowing signups for in-progress sessions
Benefit: fewer clicks to look up information about signups for a currently active session.
