Allow players to be able to create auction signs and set their own increments, highest big
- Takes money each time you bid, to make sure enough money is in there.
- Maximum hours until it ends
- Max cap of length it can go on for
- Cant be broken once created, has to end.
- Sign updates with the winner and cost after, sign is made a normal sign after this
- if you are outbid you are given your money back
