userauth_publickey_fromfile not implemented?

When I use, per the documentation:

session.userauth_publickey_fromfile(
"stephane", os.path.expanduser('/.ssh/id_rsa.pub'), os.path.expanduser('/.ssh/id_rsa'), "secretphrase")

I get:
