[FEAT]: Streaming from HTTP URLs

Allow specifying an HTTP source for streaming specific media files. A metadata file (`video1.meta`?) can be used in place of the file. I think being able to gradually download the file while chunks are requested would also be quite useful. In the end, you can stream the file on the spot and have it archived for later.
