LLM Recommendation Data

The data that an LLM might need to make course recommendations include:

completed_courses (array, list of completed courses)
interests (array/string, user interests)
major (string, major)

It will also need to access a list/database of available courses, of which is described in #9

Sounds good, we maybe can add something like semesters_left (if possible), so we can sort out classes from graduation requirement and organize them based on how many semesters the students have left, and if the semesters a course if offered.
