Nginx default config changes on removal of domain with dedicated IPv6

Hey Jamie,

As discussed on this thread after creating and then deleting a domain with dedicated IPv4 and IPv6, the Nginx default config changes like this—and it seems like a bug to me.

Reproduced on Debian 12 system with all latest code applied.

Hmm, I thought I fixed this. The Nginx plugin code is in our repo, maybe take a look and see if you can see where this is coming from?
