PDF output tests

We will create PDF output files and tests that confirm .fountain converts to them. These will have parity with the HTML output tests.

According to this page you need to add people as project collaborators to assign issues to them.

I'm certainly happy to be a collaborator. Let me know if you would like that, and what the expectations are. In any case, will continue coding on this when I have time.
