Toggle all ebook exceptions off

The ability to toggle off every single exception for malformed ebooks.

Proposed solution

Either disable error message or return null.

Additional context

I have many ebooks created poorly that I want to read and cannot use this package for them because the app crashes with error message. Can you not just return null?

Yes, I have this in my to do list: #95.

It requires a little bit more work than I initially anticipated because while suppressing an exception is easy, determining how to recover gracefully from the error without throwing away the rest of the data is a much more difficult task. On top of that, every validation needs to be behind a configuration property with the documentation explaining what it does and what happens if you turn it off.

I will second this request. I have a number of not very well formed .epub files, with missing some items like cover image, but if I comment out some of the exception throws, I am able to successfully load them, get the text and even preview them in the WPF app.
