Docker client version is is too new

Hi, when I'm trying to run docker-compose up -d, it gives me the following error:
client version 1.36 is too new. Maximum supported API version is 1.35. Can you upgrade please the API version or give me a suggest how to resolve this issue? I tried to downgrade the client version, but seems to not working.

What version of Docker you have? Client 3.6 is supported in Docker 18.06

Mhmm strange, when I'm doing docker version, the api version is set to 1.3.7
I'm using docker toolbox for windows.
