Enhacement: Move all docker and docker compose dependencies to a separate folder #35
Description
There are too many docker dependencies in the root of the project.
Move all docker and docker compose dependencies to a separate folder.
We also have to modify the relative paths in the dockerfile and docker compose files to point to the correct destinations.
