Weather broke again #4848

Before reporting your issue
- I have confirmed that this issue does not happen when ExplorerPatcher is not installed
- I do not have "register as shell extension" enabled
- I have tried my best to check existing issues

3rd party tweak software installed
No third party software is installed. Only Explorerpatcher.
Describe the bug
In my taskbar it showed -10° celsius, but that couldnt be true because its +1° celsius where i live. Then i erased the local weather data. On the taskbar came the "News" button again, i clicked on it and it says "Unable to load weather Information". I clicked on "Reload" and it just goes back to the "Unable to load weather Information". So i unistalled Explorerpatcher and reinstalled it. The same thing happens over and over.
Is there a new fix for this problem?

Expected: to show the right temperature/weather on the taskbar
