Description

@andrewjlevin

Add a tutorial/template notebook that has standardized data processing for everyone to use as a starting point in analyzing RSoXS data. The general (and tentative) features to include in this notebook are below:

  • Draw and/or load in masks
  • Refine the beam center and sample-to-detector distance
  • Check the mask, beam center, and sample-to-detector distance
  • Data browsing (via tiled and/or local files)
  • Data loading (via tiled and/or local files)
  • Data processing:
  • check and select I0/photodiode scans to normalize to
  • apply double-normalization corrections
  • add Qx & Qy labels to pix_x and pix_y
  • integrate detector images to polar I vs Q space
  • Save processed xarrays (options to save as netCDF files, zarr stores, etc.)
  • Plot (with option to save) standard RSoXS plots (detector images, ISI, intensity heatmaps, intensity vs Q linecuts, anisotropy heatmaps, anisotropy vs Q linecuts)
