Description
Add a tutorial/template notebook that has standardized data processing for everyone to use as a starting point in analyzing RSoXS data. The general (and tentative) features to include in this notebook are below:
- Draw and/or load in masks
- Refine the beam center and sample-to-detector distance
- Check the mask, beam center, and sample-to-detector distance
- Data browsing (via tiled and/or local files)
- Data loading (via tiled and/or local files)
- Data processing:
- check and select I0/photodiode scans to normalize to
- apply double-normalization corrections
- add Qx & Qy labels to pix_x and pix_y
- integrate detector images to polar I vs Q space
- Save processed xarrays (options to save as netCDF files, zarr stores, etc.)
- Plot (with option to save) standard RSoXS plots (detector images, ISI, intensity heatmaps, intensity vs Q linecuts, anisotropy heatmaps, anisotropy vs Q linecuts)
