Organization Type: 1 (CTR)
Document (e.g., VoterRecordsInterchange): ElectionEventLogging specification
Reference (Include section and paragraph number): ElectionEventLog and ElectionEventLogDocumentation
Comment (Include rationale for comment): There is no Version property on Root classes of EEL. This may make it difficult to determine which point version is used (if we are anticipating future revisions).
Suggested Change: Add a Version property in line with other CDFs (e.g. ERRv2).
