How to install from Cpanel?

Hi, I'm trying to install UrlHum using Cpanel, I have created a repository using the Git™ Version Control feature but I don't know how to continue?
When I try to open the script link I get "403 Access Denied".
So could anyone tell me how to install it using Cpanel?

I don't have a cPanel terminal, Also I don't have a problem with uploading files, I don't know how to install it with web browser

maybe you can using ssh? I dont know how to install directly via web browser without using cPanel terminal
