Better details links

In the event of failed statues, we should continue to link directly to the failed workflow. That link should be as deep as possible.

Rather than re-linking to summary info in every other state (success, pending, etc), the "Details" link should present;

• reasonable summary info about the ongoing workflows
• quick links to logs of pending workflows
• "show your work" about how any status conclusions were reached
• info about re-trigger the conclusion if necessary

This info should be presented as soon as possible.
